Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we are unable to exchange or refund. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being worn or handled by consumer.
*RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS.
